Unbeatable location, on Circular Quay, and opposite the Botanic Gardens. Large apartment , which a balcony plenty big enough to site& enjoy the view. Coffee machine a bonus too. Breakfast was good, although there seemed to be some staffing issues on the Saturday morning- Sunday was fine. Pool was a nice touch after walking on a warm Sydney day. Room service fairly prompt, and the menu is very adequate. A very pleasant apartment, great views, great position.

The location of the hotel was amazing, as it was my first time staying in the city I was delighted that it was very close to most things. Our stay was amazing, the room was very clean and we enjoyed it a lot however, upon arrival I had no idea about the valet parking and asked if I was allowed to park my own car as I had read a review that someone else’s car keys were handed to the wrong person which is a serious issue. One lady at the reception told me that I was able to be escorted by the manager and that I was able to park my car which sounded great. After collecting my car from a different car park that I had parked in, I went back inside where another lady told me I was unable to park my own car as the carpark was shared with people who lived there which was a valid point. However she proceeded to ask why I desperately wanted to park my car then said “every car has insurance” which kind of baffled me. I understand cars have insurance, it was more the fact that I was told something by someone then got shut down by someone else without any communication between them. We were also not told how to use the keys to use the elevators and had to ask another person staying at the hotel to help us. Although I will still definitely be returning to the hotel despite these issues.

Great location, suite size, food, facilities and mgt staff. But tired room- faded carpet and sofas, loose carpet, peeling vanish on doors. V v noisy hotel bar which seem to b staffed by youngsters who catered to party group Vs hotel guests. Talking over a drink impossible! Asking for the music levels to be reduced ineffective so we left the bar Poor house cleaning despite a complaint of light bulb exploding on my face and shattering glass all over bed and carpet

Our second stay in as many months given the excellent location in Sydney with easy access to theatres, shopping, and especially public transport, as trains, ferries, buses and the light rail are only a few steps from the back entrance to the Hotel. The service is relaxed and friendly but professional in every way and the rooms are actually complete apartments with full kitchen, laundry, lounge and separate bedroom with 2 TV's and a balcony overlooking Botanical gardens. We love the accommodation on the park side as it is so quiet with the morning rising sun highlighting the beautiful gardens opposite.

This motel was perfect for our first weekend away this year. Great location and service and our room was perfect. We had a wonderful view of the harbour and bridge just the ferry’s did wake us up in the morning.

Great view but

Our room had a balcony with a sensational view over the quay however the room was not clean. There was a really suspect stain on the carpet next to the bed, some weird deposit on the wall of the bathroom and glass on the balcony. Unfortunately I did not notice any of this on the evening I checked in as I was very tired. The following morning I brought it to management's attention and it would appear they knew about the carpet. To be fair they did offer to change rooms but we just wanted it cleaned. This did not happen. We threw a towel over it and stepped around it. Our choice but I don't understand why this room was even given to us in the first place. We are gold Accor members and that made no difference. Further we requested a late checkout and when pushed they gave us till 1pm however we had "security" knocking on our door at midday to question why we had not vacated the room. All in all the balcony with the great view wouldn't be enough to get me back.

We recently stayed at the Pullman Quays for two nights to celebrate a special occasion. It is a great location and close to many major attractions. The staff at the front reception were all extremely welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately because of Covid some of the restaurant facilities were closed but that aside we had a wonderful stay and would certainly go back for a return visit

Have stayed a few times at this hotel and it never fails to please. This is the first time I had a view over the botanic gardens and while different to the harbour views i have had before this was off-set by a larger room. Also an enhanced sense of privacy from the balcony

Good property but no breakfast during the week first apartment was not renovated which was a surprise as the first time I stayed there the same room I paid for the same price was brilliantly renovated the second time I stayed there the room was old with old carpet and smaller TV which was totally different to my first experience

We stayed for 2 nights at the Quay Grand last week and were very pleased with our choice. Although our harbour view room was still one of the rooms to be upgraded and was quite shabby in parts our overall expectations were more than met. With a wonderful view, decent sized balcony and very well laid out room, we were very happy with our choice. In a front row position on Circular Quay how much time do you need to spend in your room? Disappointed about no breakfast service and the restaurant being closed but under the present restrictions we understood the decision. The downside was the Hacienda bar. We went there for an afternoon drink last Sunday and were confronted by a loud noisy atmosphere. Although there was a scan sign in at the door there was no one policing it and people just walked in and out. When we arrived at about 5.30 we were told we would only be allowed in for one drink as last drinks were being served. While we were finishing our "last drink" we observed several large groups still being served. Also there was no policing of people staying in their seats. I assume that the Hacienda would be on a separate lease, but it would be better for the hotel to have their own bar area. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would compliment all the staff we met with their professionalism and service.

In terms of your bar feedback we take this aspect very seriously. All of our staff are trained in the highest levels of Covid best practice; we adhere to our requirements around Covid marshals and also maintain a rigorous cleaning schedule particularly between seatings. We have regular inspections by external parties to manage all aspects of our Covid safe plans. Our large groups are generally on a package hence the service you witnessed but they to where told of the last drinks message. Hi, I have stayed at your hotel on several occasions and have always had a fantastic experience. On my recent stay, I was in a room next to the new construction being built next door. Unfortunately I was woken up at 7am on Saturday morning from the workers starting work. I understand that the noise is out of your control but I was not pleased that I wasn’t told that this could be a possibility when I booked. I paid full price for the room and to be right next to construction and be woken up was not a pleasant experience this time.
