The apartments living room, kitchen & bedroom were very spacious, however the bathroom was very cramped. The shower was dark, overall poor lighting in the bathroom. The toilet was in a very awkward position, not allowing a lot of room between it & the basin to use the mirror. Definitely only one person can use the mirror at any one time. The fridge door didn’t close properly.

Great location, terrible bed and pillows, sparsely furnished, no car-parking available and the check in staff weren't very friendly. Ive stayed there a few years ago and loved it but probably wont be back.

our experience was that I would not go back , the bed was moving around the room everytime we move in it the shower water rand out onthe entrance to the room , the furniture was dull and un welcoming .

After having difficulty booking with the app I called the hotel directly and they directed me to the reservation centre, after which it all went smoothly. Upon arrival we were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment. The staff went out of their way to to make us welcome and nothing was too much trouble for the duration of our stay. The location is ideal with close proximity to restaurants and an easy walk to Cairns city centre. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend the Hotel.

Several items in room missing. No hairdryer & fry pan. Fruit supplied rock hard and under ripe, not suitable for eating during 5 day stay. Couch very hard with a wooden plank under seating. Pillow very poor quality and rock hard. New pillow requested. Safe not working, needing to be repaired. No Foxtel or other pay TV available. Not good when it was raining all day and night. Wifi very poor and kept cutting out.

I was super happy to get an upgrade thanks! I feel like if you aren’t going to stand on the front desk you should get a bell. The room was fine, but could use some updating. The walls need some attention and the blinds need to be replaced.

The place was great on the outside, the amenities were great too and the view.. magnificent! The room was really average though, I would not rate it as being 4.5 star... especially the bathroom - it was dark and lacked ventilation. However I believe it was worth what we paid for it, i just hope there are better rooms in this hotel. It has a great potential - i do recommend it because of the location, price, service and views!

As we entered the reception there was a refreshing smell that made the place smell clean, which it was We stayed for 2 nights in a one bedroom apartment facing the Cairns inlet, the view was great and plenty room to sit on balcony and enjoy it.
