As a gold Accor member I was disappointed with my stay . The resort is understaffed , the gardens and grounds need maintenance , and the menu in the restaurant has been the same for over a year and is limited . The lack of staff meant I was constantly waiting for service .

We enjoyed our stay, however no one explained anything to us about the room. We had to figure out how to use the WiFi. I guess our main issue was the second bedroom did not have direct access to the bathroom so anyone in the main area could see you moving between. Also the shower was an issue. No where to hang your towel. Also the shower was so high and not adjustable. A pity these two things spoilt and otherwise great experience. Just a simple thing like a hook for a towel.

The resort and the room are amazing. The location is spectacular however the staffing is very inadequate. The pathway to the beach is delighful. I will provide a list of what we were really disappointed with 1. We checked in for our sauna at 9:40am as requested for our 10:00 am sauna. We were placed in the lounge where we were totally forgotten. At about 10:10am we went looking for staff, none were to be found anywhere. We ended up calling receiption on my phone and then my husband found someone. The sauna was not preheated and therefore did not reach maximum temperature in the 30 minutes. I sauna daily and didnt even break a sweat in this time. The saunas glass is dirty, although the room is lovely. 2. Breakfast is under catered for in staff and we were very disappointed with the offering on Friday, from cold/luke warm food to getting the bill for the coffee 10 minutes before the coffee. On saturday morning we realised there was a whole different offering on this day. We ate during the quiter times so I cant imagine how bad it woul dbe during peak times. 3. Two wait staff at both breakfast and dinner is clearly not enough to look after all the patrons. Our dinner waitress, Adelaide, was amazing and a stand out, however you could see she was really under the pump. On Friday breakfast my juice glass was taken before I even finished drinking it. 4. Your EV charging is not state of the art as advertised. It promotes 'chargers' when there is only one charger. 5. There is no lighting in the car park. Overall the location feels 5 star, however the sub standard staffing ratio and staff are way below this. For the price we paid, which was Luxury Escapes, so we didnt even get offered another menu at dinner, we felt was very expensive. I would advise anyone staying to not utilise the services at this resort
