Great Resort in WA! Beautiful beach. Yes in need of a revamp of some of the areas. Restaurant very good! Staff members super attentive and always happy to help! Just contact them and they will try to accomodate or help you feel better during your stay. Thank you and see you in May

The room was spacious and comfortable, though slightly dated. Unfortunately, the service throughout our stay was consistently slow and underwhelming. We had a booking at the restaurant but were left waiting in a corner for 20mins with no offer of water or drinks while our table was being supposedly being prepared, watching other guests be seated before us. Items from our meal were missing, with no explanation given. A power outage meant we spent an entire day without electricity, and our spa treatment had to be rescheduled to our check-out day. While we understand this was out of the hotel’s control, there was no real acknowledgment or gesture to compensate for the inconvenience. At the pool bar, we lined up well before food service was due to end, only to be told—after a 15-minute wait in a short queue—that the kitchen had already closed. Partway through our stay, our key stopped working. We called the front desk and were told someone would come immediately, but after waiting 20 minutes in the sun, we ended up walking to reception ourselves to get assistance. Gave us two new cards which also didn’t work. Were left waiting for another 10 mins for someone to finally show up and let us in. This meant we were late for our family lunch. The spa forgot our charcuterie add on to our treatment, which was meant to be in their garden. We got sent over to the restaurant and left waiting again. Waiter apologised and eventually a charcuterie was brought out to us. We thought it might be complimentary and felt some subpar service might finally be compensated - but the spa charged our card $60 after the fact, despite it being another mishap on the hotels end. All these small issues added up and left us feeling disappointed, especially as this was meant to be a special post-wedding celebration. Sadly, we wouldn’t return or recommend this hotel to others.

The property is in a great location but i feel it relies on this too much. The beds are really hard and uncomfortable for me personally, the kitchen is well stocked of utensils but lacks basics like oil for cooking - if you’re travelling from far away, this is a really frustrating item not to have or have to buy. Sachets for dishwashing liquid etc is not environmentally friendly - again for the location and in a biodiversity hotspot, environmental protection should be paramount. The water wasn’t hot, I didn’t even turn the cold on and it was only mild. Lacks basics like a toilet brush / room spray for the bathroom, no bath salts or bubbles.
