We stayed at the Pullman Resort for our 21st wedding Anniversary and we loved every moment of it! Management surprised us with a bottle of champagne and a beautiful card. The units were beautifully styled and so comfortable! The resort is beautifully maintained and the staff were lovely!

we like staying at the resort , but no internet in room and service at bar for light snacks was slow and no existent. had to order in room took hour.

I booked for 4 nights with my 90 year old mum who uses a walking frame and unfortunately as the resort is built on a hill, she required a golf buggy/trolley to get to the restaurant and reception.Unfortunately these were not readily available quite a few times ,so we either had to wait for up to 10 minutes or walk very slowly up the hill.I feel that there should be a dedicated staff member to drive the buggy at busy times of the day and it would also be great if there were luggage trolleys of some sort to load and unload cars. The standard of food in the restaurant was not as good as we have previously experienced and as we ate there most nights we felt rather underwhelmed(and it was expensive) If you want to cater for the older population,I feel a few improvements need to be put into place!

We usually receive positive feedback on the quality of meals at Other Side of the Moon Restaurant so will indeed provide your feedback to our Executive Chef so that he may include in his review over the variety but more importantly oversee the quality being served. Overall our stay at the Pullman Bunker Bay was enjoyable. We only spent two nights. The room had everything we needed and the location was great with access to a fantastic pool and beautiful beach. Breakfast had a great selection but service could have been better - we didn't receive drinks we ordered and there was no a la carte menu on the table. The same with the meal we had - we didn't get our second round of drinks and were given the wrong entrée (although this was quickly resolved). Other positives - our son loved the soft toy kangaroo he was given at arrival, easy checkout, easy access for towels at the pool.

We had a lovely stay, the only negative was the carpark and the distance of the walk to our unit. My husband recently hurt his back and struggled with the distance of walking too and from our unit to the carpark or reception area. Normally the walk would have been pleasant so it is not the fault of the venue.

Was a delightful stay at the Pullman Bunker Bay Resort. Our initial greeting was met with an upgrade. The room was well located, furnished and clean, with all the amenities one would need. Breakfasts (included in the package) were well catered with plenty of choice and extra precautions due to Covid. Evening dinners provided a great selection and were totally "on the money". I have been coming to Pullman Resort Bunker Bay for 10 years. I like to stay there because of the facilities. I don't have to get in my car to go to a spa, the pool, the beach or to get a drink or eat out. I also think the resort still looks modern and appealing despite being more than 10 years old now. Well kept native bush gardens full of life - lizards, birds, possums (although they can get noisy at night!) and a few other non native visitors such as rabbits and foxs.

We did enjoy the stay (albeit lousy weather). We did have problems with electric appliances (jug, dishwasher and clothes dryer) but all were replaced very promptly. Because of COVID the kitchen supplies were very basic, but once again any request we made for additional equipment was provided promptly.
