We were greeted by polite and friendly staff. The front desk manager was gracious and helpful. Our room was spotless and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay here as it was central to all ammenities including the cruise terminal, which was key for us. The pool area is lovely and the hotel looks beautiful on the inside with a very impressive foyer. I would suggest the outside of the hotel gets a look next as it is looking tired though.

Stayed 1 night as a parents night away. Pillows and bed were so big and comfortable. Pool was partially under construction, hottub was very nice on a cool night. Food was lovely, however a bit disappointed in the restaurant dining menu, I ate in my room with room service as there was slightly more options that suited my taste. It would also be good if the was foxtel or in house movies rather then screen mirroring the phone. Staff were all very friendly and informative.

Usually travel for work, but partner and baby was with me this time! Checked in quickly by the manager into upgraded room. I think the manager was new and did not know me, so I did not receive any drink vouchers or welcome amenities. Later when I came down again to get a toothbrush Junko managed to hook me up with the cheese platter and wine! Wife enjoyed it very much! I asked for babycot at check in, but took 3-4 hours to arrive, so baby missed her nap and got cranky... I supposed I should have phoned ahead next time.
