Our room was lovely and fresh, the view overlooking the roof full of cigarettes, clothes hangers, old towels was a bit disgusting. There is some maintenance that needs to be done on the rotting wood of the building. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok, one coffee machine was out of service creating a line up, there was some empty containers of food and no butter and when we asked the sous chef she pointed to the other bay, however it was empty so we couldn't find it. Our function had finger food that wasn't really able to be eaten with fingers and we were only presented about 4 or 5 times with 2 pieces/items left so we were quite hungry. Also, we had a nice lunch with a knife and fork, however 3 stand up tables that were full and nowhere to sit to eat this meal.
