we are Accor members but booked holiday thru Luxury Escape as they offered $150.00 meal deal in the cocos restruant. but the restruant was not open for lunch or dinner when we were there,only opened on friday, saturday , sunday. you could order your meals in room but could not use the $150.00 had to be used in cocos. We used the $150.00 for breakfast which was overpriced and the meals I received were cold. every 5 star International Hotel I have stayed in all over the world we have always been able to eat all our meals at the hotel. you missed out on our dinner and lunch money as we had to eat outside the hotel./ other than that the hotel was very good but for us to stay again you will have to change your dinning policy.

Pullman is in need of refurbishment. There had been considerable rain before we arrived but the hotel smelt in many areas.

Rooms are quite dated. Mildew and mould is visible all throughout the hotel, with much waiting necessary. It is surpassing in this day and age that there was not one, single USB available in our room - somewhat shameful and proved VERY annoying during our stay.

I stayed here for 3 nights and was rather underwhelmed with the experience. I expected better from a Pullman hotel. Positives - staff and service were fantastic. Negatives - the rooms are tired and in desperate need of an update, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed i’ve ever slept on (the mattress felt like it was at least 25 years old) and the room smelt strongly of mould.

Hotel built about 25 years ago and has never been updated since. Very tired, Defiantly should be rated as 3 star. Bathroom no fan , became a steam bath. Beds/ pillows very poor. BED on ROLLER WHEELS COULD NOT KEEP IT STILL. Breakfast one day expectable other days second rate. Staff could not work account program [ added one extra day- booked months ago]

Upon arrival, we knew our stay was going to be special. The beautiful, grand Foyer and Staff were so welcoming. Our Room was spacious, clean and upgraded to a Harbor View. The wine and chocolates were a treat also. Beds were so comfy and the only reason we did not sleep in, we did not want to miss out on the delicious breakfast on offer or waste an adventurous day of exploring the City and surrounds. Special mention to some of the wonderful, helpful Staff - Rhiannon Leissa, Janelle and the Breakfast Crew who always started our day off with huge cheery smiles even on the rainy mornings. Chris the Barman, you are a Legend!!! Missing our daily cocktails and your vibe. Well done Pullman International, you made a couple of Melbourne girls feel like Royalty.

poor service with extremely long wait for pool side drinks and service. Same with the restaurant for breakfast. kitchen staff way behind with 2hr wait for meals!! ridiculous!! Rooms are out of date, beds uncomfortable. pool area run down

Thought we had a lovely room and although clearly ‘tired’ it was very spacious. Bed wasn’t comfy though and unfortunately we had a man verbally abusing someone loudly in the room next to us in the early hours of the morning which was quite frightening. Great location snd staff were very friendly. Was a little surprised that when I called and ask for 2 champagne glasses I was informed it would cost me $6 for the delivery. We opted to go downstairs and pick them up for no fee

I am an Aboriginal woman, I was greeted by a young Aboriginal woman working at the reception desk. Her welcoming smile and very polite, way of speaking to me - filled my heart with Pride. I observed her interactions with other guests was the same equally professional respectful manner. No task was inconvenient for the reception staff. The Indigenous woman, was always professionally n immaculately dressed. My stay at the Pullman’s International was very comfortable in fact, I was very privileged to have such an luxurious .experience. Thank you !

Overpriced and uncomfortable

I thought I’d make our night away without the kids special by upgrading to an ocean view room instead of the regular city view room we tend to get when we stay away. Whilst our room was clean and tidy we did not sleep a wink with the extremely uncomfortable bed. Had I known how uncomfortable the bed was I would have just driven home that night to my own bed. $270 for a room we could not sleep in! We ordered room service. $6.00 to bring a dish to the room! Come on $6.00 is appalling considering it was cooked on site. We won’t be back again.

Not fully 5 star services provided during my stay due to Covid. However, overall it satisfied with my stay at the hotel. I hope 5 star service will coming back once pandemic is eased. Also, some uplift of the hotel facility need to be carried out as they look aging.

Hotel is in a great location, walking distance to the esplanade, casino & restaurants We were on the 10th floor with a beautiful view towards the city & mountain ranges Beds are comfortable even if they are only a double!! Bathroom was excellent with awesome water pressure & plenty of hot water Breakfast was included but we chose to eat elsewhere after the 1st morning. Breakfast was tasteless, cold, very unorganised as the staff had to serve due to covid rules. If we wanted an omelette we had to pay $5 extra & also had to pay extra for more tyhan 1 cup of coffee/tea each!!!

This hotel is my favourite of the Accor group in Queensland . The hotel location and facilities are great. The hotel bar is the best spots to sit in Cairns and have a drink. The restaurant has amazing food - it was so good I went back night after night. The staff are very friendly and do an amazing job. Could not recommend this place enough!

The Pullman Cairns is a great place to stay. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the rooms are always spotless. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle of Cairns right opposite the Casino and the Cairns Esplanade.
