ibis Styles Juan Les Pins Hotel 3 stars

Due to my platinum status we got a fabulous room with a great view.

Short stay, so OK for one night Room was very small, shower too small

A very short stay was made easy with this conveniently priced, well located hotel. Walking distance to Antibes and of course the beaches and restaurants of Juan. The room was clean and as expected so generally satisfied.

The central location of the hotel, near the beach, stylishly decorated rooms, small but very functional, comfortable beds, good bathroom. Qualitative delicious breakfast, all made to a high standaty Le Accor HOTEL`S, nice staff and proper management of the hotel, many thanks to all the team hotel, come again!

The staff at this hotel were amazing. They bent over backwards to help us and were wonderful with our two year old grandson. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a short walk from the beach.

Room Was Tiny and I mean tiny, walls were dirty, and amenities were exactly as an Ibis budget, in fact, I have stayed at better ibis budget. Asking for bus information in the morning was a mistake as that seriously burdened the receptionist and breakfast was very poor in choice. Seriously this is no better than a budget. I would NEVER stay here again or recommend it.

the staff first said can not do anything, and the air conditioner was running even though it was not cooling and the room was humid, There answer was what can I do. When I got angry they tried to find another room. I had ordered a twin room for my 2 teenage sons. They offered a double bed room. When I pushed this they said you can seperate the beds and remake them. They then proceeded to give me single bed sheets and told me I had to go and make the beds. With no other choice I did this. The air conditioner in the second room was OK and cooled sufficiently. Additionally the carpets in both rooms were stained and the over all appearance poor. In the first room there were previous guests cloths under furniture.

All employees during our 4 day stay in Juan Les Pains were nice. A young man by the name of Janice was very kind and helpful.He was courteous and pleasant. So was the lady who served breakfast. We were so pleased that me and my wife gave them tips for their professional work. However, there was one Mr Andre the night duty person who was very rude with me and appeared to be hot headed and threatening on foolish grounds that I served myself coffee at 5.30 am in the morning away from the breakfast area and not at 6 am when breakfast was to be served. Later this morning he falsely accused my wife of "stealing" cheese from the breakfast buffet.He shouted at us like a madman. It was shocking behavior. We are respected people who do not do such things. Not only am I a member of Accor, we stayed 4 nights in Juan Les pains and are currently going to stay for 5 nights in Arles Ibis hotel at palais de Congres. That is roughly a payment of $1000 paid by me to Ibis. We hope to continue giving you business in the future. We suggest please advise Andre to learn some manners and treat customers in a respectful manner. Otherwise he will scare them away with his outrageous behavior. Thanks for your attention.

Nice and gentle staff)))

The hotel is well managed, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the complimentary breakfast is good. One big issue is the lack of sound insulation in the rooms; it's very noisy also during the night.

The pull out bed was not made up, and the couch was a bit broken so it would not lie flat. Other than that, our stay was good.
