We currently have ongoing fire damper upgrading and room refurbishment works taking place in the building through to mid-2025. Contractors will require unrestricted access to hallways on certain dates.
Specialised workers have been contracted to undertake these tasks, and while all care is taken to reduce noise throughout the building, there may be intermittent noise while work takes place daily between 08:30 and 16:00.

I was on the 18th floor with a harbour view. The view was outstanding. Looking out my balcony I had the Sydney harbour bridge to my left and the opera house to my right and there was a huge cruise ship in the harbour. The site was spectacular, picture postcard. I have stayed here a few times, but have never had a room with a harbour view. Also love that it has a sauna, pool and spa which was great to get me going in the morning, and after a long day in a Board meeting. Plenty of room in the 1 bedroom apartment with a kitchen and lounge area.

Very good appartments centrally located. Housekeeping is exceptional. The swimking pool on the 23rd floor is worth visiting for the views alone.
