Excellent service but terrible rooms. Planned to stay for 4 nights in a park view room. Arrived to find car parking easy and service polite. However that was the end to the good experience. The elevator and hallways were dirty. The room had water damage, smelled mouldy and was dark. The sheets didn’t quite cover the bed on one side. The view of the park was nice, however the window didn’t let in enough light. Disappointing, we didn’t stay. Found an alternative hotel nearby for a similar price.

Wonderful check in from bell hop to cleaner we met in the lift. Best customer service. Wonderful refreshing view of the park. A little walk to the nearest light rail but manageable enough. Parking is a tad bit small compared to other locations - be mindful if you are driving a larger sedan or SUV. Would stay again.
