We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed our quiet location next to Hyde Park and the views. However, we sincerely apologise that many aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. We regret to learn about the condition of the room and bathroom, including the water pressure, temperature, and overall presentation. We also apologise for the cleanliness of the windows, the curtains not functioning properly, and the lack of USB charging options. Your feedback has been shared with our Maintenance and Housekeeping teams for review and improvement. We are equally sorry to hear about your experience with our team. The level of service you described, including the lack of assistance with recommendations and delays at the front desk, is not the standard we strive to deliver. This has been raised with our Front Office team for immediate attention. Additionally, we apologise for the inconvenience regarding your invoice and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Please also allow us to share that we are currently working on upgrading our hotel rooms and facilities, including new elevators, Chromecast-enabled TVs, and updated furniture, as well as enhancements to our restaurant.
