Confused receptionist on check out

He got confused with my room number and I questioned him about my total stay cost which sounds too low for 2 nights. He was still very confident about that until when I asked for the official receipt and proved to him that it’s an incorrect guest name. This check out process took 15 minutes which is unexpectedly bcos the night before I asked for payment settlement, the other receptionist assured that it is going to be very quick to do it in the next morning. This delay caused a extra waiting charge on my taxi bill to the airport.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfectly located in the heart of the viaduct. The rooms do look a little tired, a bit of paint and a deep clean would go a long way. But highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

We we're down for a friend's 50th Birthday and this hotel is located in the heart of the viaduct, close to all of the places to be. We had a marina view suite, which offered all the services that anyone would require. Will definitely use this location again.
