The staff were very friendly, rooms were clean, however, there was nowhere to plug in the kettle on the table so had to use it on the floor. Biggest issue was there was no lift so no wheelchairs would be able to use the hotel, but that wasn't an issue for us.

Well located and lovely small boutique feel. Great service and the room was clean enough. For the price, I did think the room was very small, located on the street and bathroom was tiny and also a bit underwhelming. Probably could've done with a little more touch other than tea bags. Breakfast at restaurant was sublime.

Disappointing

Paid over $500 for a small, dark, no view, loud air con room which wasn't ready on arrival, and still didn't have towels by 6pm that day. Can hear the person next door every time they use the bathroom. Awful.

Good location, room was average.

I appreciate that it is a heritage building, but the sink was under a shelf, so brushing teeth was terrible. There was a constant hum in the room and one of the power outlets in the bathroom couldn’t hold a plug. Went to get a nightcap and asked if they had any dessert wine, response was “I don’t really know wines” and handed me the wine list. Expected more from 5 stars.
