Ibis Lima Reducto Miraflores is a nice and simple hotel for short stay, as all other Ibis, their quality may not be the best, but at least it's a decent stay. The location of this Ibis is great, it's not in the tourist area, so it's relatively more quiet. And there are restaurants, supermarket, and cafe in the nearby area. Their room is tiny, but decent. Staffs are friendly and helpful. If you are looking for a resort type of hotel, here may not be a choice for you

Excellent Customer Service; however, the shower is not comfortable enough, you have to take the shower against the wall, the towels are not changed every day and are not completed white, they look like worn

I had been on a business trip at Ibis Miraflores, the hotel was conveniently located for my transfers to and from customers and it's also near of various amenities options. The staff was very attentive and the people at the bar was super nice.

I couldn't expect a perfect stay but I wish I'd had a better experience with you. First of all, I asked for more amenities and had to ask them a couple times to the receptionists and to the housekeeping team. the first day, nobody gave us the amenities we asked for. I had to call the second day of our stay because the day before we were in a rush and couldn't wait any longer. The second day, it took the staff ONE HOUR to give us shampoo (at the end they delivered it, it'd be better if front desk would've call me and tell me to pick them up from the lobby) I wouldn't mind if it would take them that long to deliver the shampoo). That same day, in the late evening, SOMEONE (don't know if another client or the Housekeeping team, opened the door of our room. Nobody said anything, they just opened and left the door opened. I was just going out of the shower and felt terribly because I was naked and I'm also pregnant. My fiancé told me to call the front desk to complain but I preferred talking in person. So I did and they told me they would inform the HK team, never got an answer on what happened but it's something that's not used to happen but in case it does, there's always an explanation.

We loved our short stay at Ibis Miraflores. The staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable and we were provided with an anniversary surprise which was much appreciated by us!

It was tiny room. I felt uncomfortable because we were two persons in our room and there wasn't enough space for both of us. And unfortunatelly there was only one set of cosmetics :( And plug chargers situated very strange (us usuall they are near beds). I don't recomend your hotel.
