I'll start with the best to worst parts. Location is excellent. Price was good. Bathrooms need a detailed deep clean.

I'll start with the best to worst parts. Location is excellent. Price was good. Bathrooms need a detailed deep clean. Showers, bathroom lower walls and toilet bases need attention. Towels need refreshing/updating and linens need to be checked for old stains. I would stay here again.

Bad experience at the hotel on out last stay in Jerusalem , unfriendly front desk staff , they didn’t recognize my Apple Card Mastercard and I couldn’t proceed the payment with the card I wanted due their ignorance , apart of that I received a welcome call from hotel customer service in my language and explained all regarding my check in experience and the room on first floor looking at a parking and she promédiese that the manager should put in contact with me , thing that never happened,

The service from the hotel was impressive. They called us beforehand to check for any requirements, changed our room without question when a window would not close properly and called us again post visit to ensure we enjoyed our visit. All staff are friendly and helpful, particularly some of the breakfast team. The breakfast itself is a varied and enjoyable buffet. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the hotel has a nice feel about it. The Old City and Yehuda market are within an easy 15 minute walk and there are plenty of shops, restaurants,bars and eateries nearby. Overall a great base and place to stay if visiting Jerusalem.

No refrigerator No closet and No plug outlet or fan in bathroom Room was very small We got here on a holiday so restaurant was not open You might want to check that before traveling to Jerusalem Staff friendly and helpful

Amazing hotel with great location, superb service and tasty breakfast. I traveled with my children. Out room was very big, quit, clean. Breakfast at the hotel is excellent - eggs, salads, fresh vegetables, bread, cheese, flakes, tea or coffee, sweats. Location is amazing - public transport , cafes and restaurants are just few meters from the hotel. Old City is 20 minutes walk, The First Staition and parks are 15 minutes away and Mamila is 8 minutes. Hotel stuff and front desk are very friendly (Mohammad is super nice). I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
