Didn’t sleep no ac and a lot off noise plus staff didn’t do anything to make better.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Ibis, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please rest assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence. the hotel is implementing a green policy as part of our corporates partners in Accor to maintain a low carbon footprint and save the environment , and one of the main steps was the transfer from the small plastic bottles to dispensers for amenities and a new system of air conditioners that regulates the temperature of the rooms in a universal manner making the hotel work either on heat or cold . furthermore during your stay in on of the coldest months of the year we couldn't switch the hotel to cooling when there was a multitude of guests who wanted the AC system on Heating . Terrible service starting with manager Mijal, the room was boiling, they didn’t want to turn on the AC to safe money we open windows got sick smelling marihuana and smoking people without mentioning the noise of night club and people screaming rig the next to us until 3 in the morning. And the worst part they just wouldn’t do anything just keep saying open windows. Don’t even try if they give it for free. This was the most miserable trip. We couldn’t rest 😔

The hotel is easy walking distance to Jerusalem's Old City, and easy walking distance to the light rail line. It is in a vibrant and lively area. Breakfast buffet (included) was outstanding. Staff was professional. The room was small, very small, but functional.

YogevS16 Couples - TripAdvisor review

We visited for short weekend Winter but was warm, too bad AC was on heat or fan no cool option… we were boiling in the room. Room is pretty small. Other then that staff was friendly, breakfast (although it was shabbat ) was good. Overall good value for money too bad AC issue effected the visit thus 3 stars of 5.
