For the positive, the hotel is well located close to the public transport, the old city and shops. The breakfast is very good and the staff are very welcoming. Now for the negative, the neighbourhood was a bit too loud. And the last night we heard a noise and we didn’t know where it came from and when we called the reception they didn’t do anything.

All Staff were warm and welcoming to us, especially Anton at the front desk, John in the breakfast room and Jacklyn & Anam in room service. We enjoyed our stay, the room was clean, breakfast was delicious and location of the hotel was fantastic for all amenities and visiting the Old City of Jerusalem.

fairly let down

firstly, the room we got was on a low level and with the sukot holidays was very noisy. agreed the holiday noise was not in your control, but being a member of accor we could have been given consideration with a higher-level room to overcome this. the bed was extremely uncomfortable, narrow and a mattress that kept slipping on to one side, it was a thinner mattress that was put on another one for some reason. then we had booked a cab to get to tel aviv and clearly informed that we were 4 with a bag and carry bag each, when we got ready to leave, we were told sorry this will not gt into a regular car and we will have to pay much more and get the van instead. that said there were 2 positives. the girl at the reception was very polite and the breakfast was very good so was the gentleman who was InCharge there. location to walk around was perfect, that's probably why the noise as well.
