fast check in by Mr Loris and very friendly staff. All staff very helpful especially Mr Loris who very cares for customer. Good hotel but a bit far from city. comfortable room and good breakfast. will be back to this hotel.

Already stayed 2 times before. Neighborhood always odd but staff improved for helping the customer. Rooms would need some investment since seem quite outdated. For the rest everything went fine (small remark : no butter was available for the breakfast)

Best choice on the way to Tuscany

Travelling from Germany to Tuscany we had planned a stop enabling us to have some half day visit of Piacenza next day. Fine choice with safe parking, good and quick service in late evening, clean and quiet rooms, really wide range of breakfast (better than usually in IBIS!), fast check out.

The staff could not do more to please you to make you feel comfortable to meet your needs. And this did not happen just once, it is so every time so it is now my preferred hotel in the whole area (south of Milan and more). I do recommend this hotel if you travel but car.

Near Linate airport, Maintained good and clean hotel. Good breakfast. Room is quite big and very clean. But needed coffee maker. Service of the counter was very helpful. I want to make a phone to near Milan, but they phoned to there and connect to me. Because there were only Italian announcement. Many thanks and helpful.
