The hotel was conveniently located for me close to the office I was visiting and had everything I needed for a brief one night stay. The hotel is as characterless as the business park it is located in. Thankfully I spent most my time in the room sleeping as being awake in the room was a depressing experience.

It was okay. Friendly enough. The bedroom was a bit cramped with an unwelcome bunk bed over my head. Few surfaces to put things. Tiny basin, Very small desk to work at. Little space tp store clothes, suitcase etc.

Easy check in with no fuss at all. Comfortable room with standard amenities. A little bit out of the city centre and could be seen as a bit out of the way but 2 mins away from tram station. Easy and straightforward to get in and out of the city

The property is well located with easy access by tram links but it is quiet for a restful slumber. With the shopping center right outside the door, it is easy to get essentials or pop in for food at random hours. Staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and maintained at a decent standard. Noise was an issue but it was more due to insensitive occupants next door than the hotel management or the location. Would have preferred to have light fresheners like coffee/ tea in the room like most other hotels rather than having to get it from the lounge. The only thing that was truly awful was the free coffee.

Plug sockets not well located in rm and should provide kettle etc in rm
