Well located, but the hotel needs repair works and makeover

I stayed here for 4 days from Friday to Monday. The experience was below my expectation. Pros: 1. The room was clean and smelled nice. 2. The receptionists were nice and friendly. Cons: 1. The sink was clogged for my entire stay. 2. I asked for room service on the 2nd and the 3rd day - they cleaned the room, changed the towels but they did not change the wet floor mat despite I had told them to change it for 2 consecutive days. They just folded the mat. 3. There were obvious stains on the bed frame - they need to deep clean it. 4. There were obvious stains on the lobby sofas. The furnitures looked well-used and in dire need of major makeover. 5. They interior design of the lobby was outdated. 6. The view of my room was facing office building.
