SoSofitel, Robinson Rd. Singapore hotel is fantastic, the service and rooms are hard to beat. In particular Nazaar and Ben on the concierge desk were most helpful beyond normal levels. Nazaar had excellent local knowledge of the area and advice, Ben also was extremely helpful.. I look forward to my next and fourth visit here.

Very rude staff. I asked for early check-in and was asked to pay a day charge which was around $660, which I believe is fine as per policy. I asked for a place for taking shower, so that I can get fresh and go to office. I was shown the rest room without any shower. So called 5 star boutique hotel does not have a place to get fresh. Breakfast spread was not that great. In fact when I went for breakfast, I was told that my name is not there whereas it was included in my room rent. Later on it was verified and I was given access. Very embarrassing.

I have received all my Platinum Benefits including a nice upgrade to Suite. Staff and Room Service are great. Food was delicious. Everything in the Room is linked to the Tablet, I liked it, but you have to get used to it. Gym is to small in my opinion. Breakfast was ok, but it were not enough Tables available. So People had to queue.

plenty of entertainment options on TV; free min-bar also a good thing; good location view is inside the hotel - would be good if i can actually have better views from inside the room; gym feels small

I got all my platinum benefits, including a great upgrade to a Suite. Everything in the Room, has to be handled via Tablet, which is nice, but you have to get used to it. Staff and Room Service were fantastic. They had not enough tables for Breakfast, so People had to queue for Breakfast.

The beds are comfy. May need to have extra tables so we can work at the same time - one using the usual table and one using a laptop desk.

I would recommend this hotel for solo travelers and couples. This hotel is visually appealing and and the bed is so comfortable. The breakfast was so good and the service was superb. I think the Only negative was that my room was next to a couple that sounded like they were on their honeymoon very late at night for a few hours so that made it hard to sleep.

I arrived late and received an upgrade to a suite! Very nice. The room was nice - with a lot of nice decoration that you normally don't see like this in a hotel. Perfect size of hotel not to large - friendly staff. I had a departure next day at midnight - I could use an empty room to shower and change before leaving for the airport. Good location - most attractions located within walking distance. The food court in front of the hotel - optimal to get a taste of Singapore .
