Проживали с 6 на 7 марта 2024 года. Делали операцию на глаза в Ступино. Сами из Москвы. Чтоб не ехать обратно домой решили тут остановиться. Забронировали номер без проблем. Приехали в отель в 12:40. Подтвердили бронь. Напомню после операции состояние не очень. Попросили заселиться пораньше. Заезд с 14. На что администратор сказал за раннее заселение доплата 2200 рублей. На ЧАС ДВАДЦАТЬ раньше плати 2200. На вопрос готов ли номер сказали да готов. Можете посидеть в лобби подождать!!! Но вот почему такое хамское отношение к клиентам? Ни какой клиентоориентированности. Это не 6 утра где надо будить уборщиц и тд. Человек приехал раньше на 1:20 до заселения после операции, номер готов но сидите в лобби ждите у нас такой порядок. Бред бред и еще раз бред. Номерной фонд в порядке за исключением наличия воды в номерах. Это явно не три звезды. В целом чисто. Но дверь при входе могли бы и починить. Уже месяц как разбито стекло. В общем это был второй раз в Ибисе Ступино. Но больше ни ногой. Хамское отношение Ресепшен просто убило все желание вернуться к вам.

Замечательный отель Ибис Первый мой приезд в отеле, оказался просто сказачным. Интерьер хороший и приятный. Номера чистые и уютные. Персонал весь работает на высшим уровне, вежливый и обходительный. Уезжали с хорошими воспоминанием! Хочу пожелать и дальше работать в таком же духе персоналу . Спасибо Вам!

For those traveling from the US, Ibis is comparable to a budget hotel. It is in the "budget, low frills" catagory. It is very nice for the type of hotel it is. The rooms and bathrooms are small. The only amenities are a pump shower gel in the shower and a pump soap dispenser by the sink. No tissues, not even a complimentary pen. The TV is very small and only carries a few english language channels which are only news. The floors are laminate and the spartan furniture is wood, giving it a college dorm feeling. The room was clean and the bed is comfortable. My only complaint is that even though there is a temperature control in the room it doesn't work. No matter what you set the temperture the room is always warm. To remedy this I was told to open the window. There are not many hotels in Stupino the Ibis is the best choice by far. The staff are friendly and speack english to varying degrees.

The good hotel for living good kithen, have meeting room with equipment in the center of town, good service, there are shops, cinema, near hotel and railway station, and anther interesting places I am recommended
