I earlier sent a request via accohotels complaint form regarding ipad charging device that disappeared from my room. I have not received any feedback by now. Noone at reception know how comes this happened. However that's where we are - iPad original charing device was not found when i returned home to the hotel.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable with a good bathroom. The refrigerator worked well. The only thing I could criticize was the lack of storage space for my clothes. The staff were very nice.

I enjoyed my stay at the Ibis. The staff are great and the place is clean. I was not happy that there is no water provided for the customers. they are forced to buy plastic bottled water which is not as eco friendly as they promise to be. They should provide free water.

Very good value hotel. Great staff. Low point only that there is no iron and coffee making facilities Coffee machine broke down twice at breakfast times. Overall I love it there in stupino. Menu could do with changing though. As we stop there quite frequently so this pushes us to go to loft bar.

Great service and nice rooms. Although not much vegetarian options in the restaurant but some are good that can work for a day or two. I wish they added more vegetarian options that are interesting and you have much more to choose from, it would be amazing.

I stayed for almost 4 months in Stupino. It was a lovely apartment. Kate and Danil and their staff were simply amazing! The team works very hard and are always aware of customers. The Hotel is clean and well kept. Kate is an outstanding Ops Manager, She is fully informed of all activities happening at the hotel. She is well liked and respected by the team. I can comment on such things as I was there for so long, I was really able to witness everything at the hotel. Kate and I met to discuss a few recommendations that I have for the Accord Hotels to make at this fairly new location. This is considered a business person hotel and the Accord Mgmt should consider the feedback from its customers. I would stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Russia and specifically in Stupino where the business office and factory are located. Thank you for being willing to make a weary traveler's stay so comfortable and welcoming! Kate, Daniel, Anna, Olga, and so many more did a fabulous job for me and my team of 6 who also stayed here.
