I booked a accessible room for the duration of the stay however when checked in and went up got rh room it clearly wasn’t an accessible room and was told they didn’t have one until potentially the next night. They did move us to a bigger room but the room was extremely warm and we had the air conditioning on for more than 24hrs and the temperature only went down to 24 degrees from 25 degrees.

Nice and close to Gare Du Nord and perfect for a late arrival. Fair sized room with a good shower. Breakfast was more than adequate. In the end the question is would we stay there again and the answer is yes.

I arrived early, appreciate reception provide a room earlier than normal check-in time; later I advice room air condition is not working; which staff advice house-keeping will check, then I check with house-keeping which been advice in French air condition was broken. When I went down with house-keeping staff, reception being dishonest advice there's no record air condition was broken and will resume, only takes time; I assume reception staff assume I do not speak and/or heard French; which was totally different from what I heard from house-keeping staff. At first reception do not want to change room and advice can bring in a fan; which the fan already placed inside the room before i arrive; from there I assume the air condition was broken before hand. After further negotitate reception willing to change the room and condition of the room was a big difference from the first room. Later when I go out passing by the reception and he's giving a not pleasant look at me which makes me feels very uncomfortable. As a membership of Accor for many years, this is the msot unpleasant stay I have even been and will reconsider of staying at Accor hotels for up-coming.
