Welcome upon arrival was excellent, the chap on reception could not have been more helpful and happy. Room was good, bar two aspects. The mattress was almost non-existent, in the sense that it needed replacing, sleeping on it was akin to sleeping on a board to all intent and purpose. Secondly it was impossible to turn off the air conditioning, even when set to off the system made excessive noise through the vent. Location was excellent for our purposes.

I booked privilege room and payed in advance, however I was assigned to a standard room. I got no compensation for that as of today.

Room was good. Serviced daily which was great. The staff were very friendly. Only down side was no snack vending machine for those late night cravings.

Ok stay, but frontdesk was not aware that my booking included breakfast. Had to show the recipt. It should had been noted in the booking in your systems. Also had to show prove of that when we checked out. Not pleased with that!
