I liked this hotel as it was super close to Gare Du Nord and was comfy and had a nice balcony. My 2 complaints are the room was just too warm even in November and the Air con was awful, it was stifling but luckily I had a balcony door to open which I loved. The other issue is don’t say you have Cable TV when you don’t. I’m assuming many of your guests are actually English given the closeness to the Eurostar station from London and on business and therefore will spend time in their rooms where they want to watch some English news channels or even some movie channels and you have none. This is poor for an international brand like Accor and should be rectified quickly.

Room small but everything excellent. Every member of staff was very friendly and efficient. Excellent breakfast. The only thing I found is the reception area is not as it should be; very displeasing to just face a miserable little table, no space or anything and feel sorry for the staff spending hours in such uncomfortable conditions.

We used this hotel due to its proximity to Gare Du Nord as we had an early train and it is five minute walk to the station. We checked in on-line and our room was ready on arrival. The room was well kept and the amenities all in good order.
