On Arrival check in was not good. Because the lady was "trainee." The visa machine was not properly charged. During process its Off and shows decline. However, a person other staff member came at Reception, and he dealt us properly after re-charging the machine. However, during that process the card charged two time. However, next day staff told us that we shall check with Bank. Later on, they confirmed our Bank charge you one time. The room at first night was NOT GOOD AT ALL. I was expecting a good room as Accor Business Plus member with silver status. Next day lady at reception name Fatima has changed the room on our request. OVERALL, the other staff are nice and excellent.

The hotel states that it has individually adjustable heating and air conditioning. That is not the case, the 'air conditioning' is set to heating as standard and cannot be turned down. When we reported this at reception, they did not take this seriously and told us to turn off the 'air conditioning'. Sleeping with the window open to cool down is not an option due to the noise on the street. On the website and booking confirmation, the hotel offers a minibar with free soft drinks in the room and a Nespresso machine. That is not the case, the minibar only contains water. Soft drinks can be purchased in the hotel lobby. The hotel room only has instant coffee (no Nespresso machine). When reporting it to reception and even showing the confirmation in the email, our complaint was not taken seriously. There was no response at all. The beds are very hard, in combination with the heat we slept little. I would never recommend this hotel.

I liked the hotel and would have been totally satisfied but for the fact that , for one evening, neither of the two lifts were in service which I found inexplicable. I am not young and suffer from asthma so found climbing the 100+ steps challenging
