Dear Mme N., Thank you for writing to us following your stay at our Mercure hotel. We are absolutely sorry that your stay did not go as you expected. We take note of your comments, which will allow us to improve the points raised. It is in our privilege rooms that there are drinks offered in the minibar, and that there is a Nespresso coffee machine. We are sorry for the problem with the air conditioning, and the inconvenience caused when you had to open the window. Our technician is currently working on room air conditioning.
