If only we just wanted a bed to sleep on, then this hotel would be fine. But a hotel is supposed to be an experience in itself as well. Ours with ibis Hotel Fraser Business Park was bad. First, the reception and the buffet staff could not handle the large number of guests on May 17-18. On our check-in, there were only two people manning the counter. Only the lady was talking, the guy was just standing behind her. Then on the first morning (May 18), we had nothing decent to eat for breakfast. Only bad tasting noodles and bread. The supervisor even told us to come back later. That was really surprising because the guests were already there. You might as well bring the food to the room if you can't serve them their breakfast in the buffet room. Never let the guests go somewhere else and come back only when you are ready. Next, the location of the hotel is not Grab or e-hailing taxi friendly. The drivers just kept getting lost. This is because the lobby is behind this old and forgotten mall and could not be easily found in Google Maps or Waze. Many times, we had to send pictures of the lobby to the drivers to know where we were. A hotel that could not be found on the map? Absolutely amazing. Lastly, and this is the worst part, the design of the bathroom was just bad. The room is 1226. There is a tall gap in the glass door of the washroom. Every time you take a bath, water just keeps spilling into the room. We had to deal with it ourselves by asking housekeeping for an extra floor mat. Two mats on the floor just do not make for a good sight. I know ibis is an economy hotel. But economy does not mean substandard. Sadly, this hotel is giving Accor a bad name. I hope Accor group checks this hotel and solves its many issues.

Well Sleep wise is OK. Hotel needs to upgrade or maintenance is necessary as fittings needs to change.

Bed size is very small. No additional towels in washroom. Washroom door was making an irritating noise when we close everytime. Very worst breakfast i ever had in my hotel stay so far.

The hotel is well located, almost a few hundred metres from Chan So Lin metro station.The rooms are clean and staff is friendly and very helpful. However the breakfast menu is average. Bar ,cyber cafe and restaurant are non functional which is a big put off. Some breakfast items also finish before time .
