Hotel ibis Styles Luzern City 3 estrelas

We requested for a nice room, and got the best one with balcony on the top floor, thanks to Vanessa from the Front Office and the Housekeeping team who quickly arranged it for us. Beds were extremely comfortable and rooms perfectly cleaned. The best thing was the breakfast which served vegetarian food separately with a lot of veg options. Great location as well, 10 to 12 minutes walk from the Luzern station Excellent value for money compared to other nearby hotels in Luzern, where stayed before. We will surely stay again !!

Lovely hotel in the centre of the city. Helpful staff, perfect clean rooms with comfy beds and a quality breakfast. On street parking for our motorcycles. Easy check in and out. Very handy for walking straight into Lucerne too.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Luzern. Although it's just one night there, the hotel has kindly upgraded us to one of their largest room for celebration. Check-in was very smooth and the male staff at reception was helpful and kind. We were provided 'welcome drink' at the bar. The room was located on the highest floor with a nice balcony. We could enjoy and relax at there. The hotel was so dedicated and prepared a nice chocolate for welcoming us. We tried the breakfast at the restaurant. It offered a great variety of local cuisine. We loved the cozy environment there. One final comment is that the location of the hotel. It is near the scenic spot such as the Lowendekmal. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to travellers.

stay here for 3 nights in January. Great position only a 8 minute walk from the main train station.The room was nice and warm with a great bathroom.Breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold foods.The staff are very friendly.Would stay here again.

This hotel is a standard Ibis hotel with clean room and friendly staff. Breakfast was also standard, niothing out of the ordinary. If you are looking for a standard room, then this hotel fits the bill. There is nothing luxurious here.

A very conveniently located hotel close to the train station, walking distance to most of the city center attractions, The room decor is very nice and vibrant, great staff at the front desk. Comfortable rooms good choice at breakfast.

Excellent location for our purposes. Close to bus stop, and restaurants close by.Delightful staff on reception. Thank you!Breakfast was a bit chaotic. Had the impression that staff were not keeping up with replenishing supplies, and clearing away - but that's understandable when there are a lot of guests coming there at the same time.

We recently visited Luzern (July/August 2018). The hotel was nice, the room was clean, and plenty of restaurants nearby. Very close to Chapel Bridge, Lion Monument (within walking distance) and Luzern Station (Amazing). They do not have A/C, but have Air cooler system (not very effective though), but staff was nice and helpful, they provided us with extra table fans. They do not have fridge/mini-fridge (refrigerators) or even microwave in the room. The front desk staff was nice and gave us ice cubes everyday we stayed there in bowls :)The breakfast was nice, except was very crowded. Looks like tour operators also use this place to book hotels for their guests. This hotel needs to staff more employees during breakfast to guide the guests, we noticed that some of the guests used their hands to take food from the trays instead of using serving utensil (though there was plenty of utensil kept for serving).Overall we enjoyed our trip, worth staying here, definitely recommend this hotel.

Rooms and the building deteriorated, people not trainned in the reception, not considering loyalty members, bar closed all the time, probably to save expenses.Very expensive for the service offered..

The rooms were unsatisfactory. In the first room we were given, the curtain was falling off the rail, and the vinyl floor was very stained. I would not expect a vinyl floor in an IBIS Styles bedroom. The lobby area was dull and the breakfast facilities were adequate. Overall, having experienced other IBIS Styles hotels, this one fell way short of expectations and I consider it poor value for money. Location was a plus.

To be honest we were disappointed with this hotel. It didn't achieve the standards of the other Ibis and Ibis Styles hotels that we've stayed in recently. Rooms were very spartan, with no carpet. Bathroom was small and basic and we found hair on the towels which suggests they hadn't been changed from the last guest. Breakfast was chaotic due to two coach parties being on site. There was only just enough food to go around. On a more positive note the staff were very helpful and pleasant, though in summary I wouldn't recommend this hotel and wouldn't stay here again. It is not good value and there's no excuse for lack of cleanliness.

We stayed for three nights, my wife and I, and enjoyed our stay very much. the location was superb, very close to the lake and many other interesting ares. The breakfast was good for the money, the people at the counter were friendly and very helpful. It is in the old part of the city, with wayside ubs for snaacks and beer. It is a quiet area too. Will try this in our next stay.

Would definitely stay again. A great value for money hotel. The staff were very pleasant and all requests were met with a minimum of fuss. The breakfast was good with a good selection of food and drinks.

The location was good with proximity to public transport and Indian Restaurants. The sofa cum bed acted like spikes due to worn out springs. When we complained to front office, we were told that they donot have alternate bed. They changed our room the next day, on repeated complain. Also the soap dispensers were not refilled by house keeping staff. But we still enjoyed the stay.
