I popped into the CHILL#2 Cafe bar to have a quick hot drink as waiting for a train. I was served by the lovely Melissa who made THE nicest hot chocolate EVER! I don’t like too sweet or too strong - so she balanced the white and dark chocolate beautifully and made the smoothest, yummiest drink!

Nice welcome when we arrived. Convenient lift to rooms. Comfortable room/bed. Good buffet breakfast.

A lovely and clean hotel, great staff, but it was very cold in my room, and AC couldn't solve this problem. Good breakfast and quiet.

Definitely stay again, good breakfast, clean modern bedroom. Only negative comments: ground floor reception toilet unpleasant and step up/down to bedroom bathroom caught us out.
