I am giving only a two because the hotel refused to give me an exchange on rooms. I booked a room by mistake 12 days out and when I asked for an exchange for a room the next day (the correct day) they said they do not give refunds despite the 12 day notice. They say I can cancel (no kidding!!!) but the cancel policy does not include refund. Terrible customer service! If I had not stayed at the hotel, or tried to cancel the day of, I might understand…but 12 days notice and still no refund? Not okay!

What a fantastic hotel and stay! Stayed for 2 nights with 2 year old and husband, Bed and Breakfast for a special occasion. Lots of option for the breakfast buffet (vegan/vegetarian friendly too). The staff we encountered were all friendly from housekeeping to management staff - thank you very much! We also tried the food in the restaurant which was great and handy too after coming home late in the evening when many places were already closed. The hotel is well maintained and clean which we were very pleased about. Ibis Cambridge, we will be BACK!

We enjoyed our two night stay with my wife and our two years old. Great location and friendly people. Check in was quick, our room on the 5th floor had everything we needed. Breakfast was really tasty and look from the room amazing.

it was a quick check-in and check out process. I think the location serves the hotel very well, rooms are neat and clean even though the space is limited it does not feel cramped. My only disappointment was there was no refrigerator
