The hotel has very clean wide rooms, animation staffs are doing great job to keep guests happy. Everybody else in the hotel is cheerful and welcoming. They celebrated my son's birthday in the hotel at No cost. Really it was great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay there. All staff are friendly, helpful and always smile” especially eslam pool barman” The deputy GM is always around I used to see him everywhere besides pools, beach , restaurants and theatre. Besides, the wonderful animation team especially Deb , she is very excited and helpful. She makes my kids enjoying their stay in the pool without aqua slides. She also around everywhere playing water ball , playing with kids in kids club , singing and dancing with kids in theatre. really thank you Deb you make my family stay more enjoyable and unforgettable.

This place is peacefull We have spent 2 weeks there, the food was good, change every day with a lot of choices. Rooms are really clean and beautiful, with a view from the sea ✨ My husband,my son and I loved so much the animation, all activities were done with smile and good energy. What we liked the most i think it's waterball ✌️ Hopefuly come back next year 🤞
