wina madina , who was new intern i guess was really very helpful and offered to understand our demands even though she speak chinese but really kind person to help our main leaders of medical group to make sure care of ur hotel is remained . i really think this place has the sense of humanity and care

This is already several time I stay at Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni, check in process is fast and staff are friendly, my room is clean and big, Nice stay. For breakfast also is good, I like the omelette and pasta, so good. Unfortunately I didn’t try the facitilitues on 5 floor

I am here at grand mercure Jakarta harmoni for vacation with my family, overall the room is clean and comfortable especially the pillow, so big! And the receptionist all friendly and very helpful, for the breakfast I love the coffee and all Indonesian food!
