I stayed one night in a balcony suite at your hotel in Toulouse Centre Wilson. I would like to inform you that the carpets were very dirt. Also the window to the balcony did not lock due to the air conditioner exhaust. The photos online showed a view of the plaza, but there was a huge wall blocking our view. I am very disappointed with my stay.
