Pool service was good, view is also nice and lively and customer service is upto the mark. Ravi was good at hosting and great expérience overall. For sure to try in the future and also many other facilities available by the pool. Full marks so far

First of all the bathroom is too narrow (see photo) if you open the door of the shower wide open you can no longer leave the bathroom. the sink looks clean but inside the sink a large presence of mouldiness under the ledge, the same thing observed in the toilet tank, lack of hygiene. The water of the shower has a stopwatch you must constantly press the button. the cleaning is done late about 4 hours after the request. the equipment: it is written in their brochure inside the room that all rooms are equipped with an iron and an ironing table: not in my room, I had to ask and insist 4 times in 2 days to be able to benefit from it. Presence of suspicious chores on the bed sheet. breakfast: choice of cake and/or very restricted biscuit: low quality dry croissant, and a cake nothing else. very simple plain yoghurt and toast. however diverse choice for Indian morning cooking. the coffee machine gives a chilled capucino systematically. I wanted to give the management a chance to raise my rating by asking them for the favor of a check out late because of my departure plane (a 7-night stay that deserves a minimum of respect) he refused and offered a discount that gives a final price higher than a full night of some hotels like the Lotus Dubai category and cheaper hotel. I do not recommend this hotel for hygiene, facilities and breakfast variety.

Perfect stay in the hotel once again. The room was big and comfortable. The bed was super. Mini fridge and safe were of great use. TV and the AC, great working internet- everything was exceptional. Breakfast was absolutely sufficient. The location of the hotel is super convenient : metro and bus stations are there. I just believe slippers should be provided for free 🙂

The hotel’s location is fantastic 2 min away by walking from Gold Souk. It is in the same building with the metro station. This is advantageous if you don’t rent a car. If you rent a car then hotel has free valet service. Dear Nur Alam at the housekeeping was very nice to us and helpful.
