I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options. The location is also fantastic, close to bars and restaurants. Highly recommended for travelers!

We were very pleased by the reception at front desk, however, when we arrived at our room floor, we were quite disappointed: dirty carpet all throughout the corridors. A simple vacuum cleaning would do he job but staff seems complete oblivious in keeping the premises common areas clean but the front lobby. Mold on bathroom's ceiling and dusty windows call for immediate intervention from management too. The TV channels are also slow to tune in. Albeit good intentions declared by head office, elevator's safety mechanism remains broken giving free access to strangers in a area where one can not walk holding a phone without fear of getting mugged. Overall experience when compared to our previous stays at other Ibis hotels was not very satisfying.

Good experience, the room was nice and the continental breakfast was good. I suggest adding mangos ands pineapple to the breakfast to have more fruit options.
