Nice rooms but lacking food quality

I really like the room I am staying in, the bed and the bathroom are nice. But the major turn-off of this quarantine of 6 nights here is the food. I expected a lot from Pullman for the food quality, but most of the food served to me and my roommates are just.. meh. Once, we ordered Nasi Goreng Ikan Asin for breakfast, and it tasted completely bland (not even salty). We also ordered the Healthy Breakfast for 1 or 2 mornings, and they can taste totally different (e.g., on Monday morning, the healthy breakfast comes with a generous amount of avocado on the toast and feta cheese with olive oil sauce, but on Tuesday morning, no feta cheese at all, and there was only a thin spread of avocado!). So even the quality of the food is not consistent. Lunch and dinner usually come with a fruit box + a cake. The cake mostly is just too sweet, I never even finished it. The most decent dish I ever had was: Nasi Timbel for lunch. The food quality totally disappoints me, I did not expect the food would be this bad (considering we paid a good amount of money for the quarantine package). Please improve the food quality Pullman. Other than that, the service is quite nice and the staff is responsive. Keep this up.

Overall good. But when breakfast in restaurant so many guest take their food by theirself and not wear a mask. Its better to have more waiter/officer so it can handled well, considering the pandemic situation and not everyone aware and care about health protocol.

As an Accor Platinum Member, I was given special attention, even though the hotels was fully booked. Managers went even the extra miles, granting my parent the use of the Executive Lounge. Al-safe protocol implementation gave us extra safety. Thank you

stayed at this hotel with the children for a staycation. strategically located near Bundaran HI with plaza Indonesia and Grand Indonesia just across the Hotel. for the first night we were given a room in the old building, the air in the room was rather damp although it has microwave in the room (good for traveling with kids) however for the remaining nights of our stay we requested a room in the new tower which is a much better room. overall it was a pleasant stay, all areas are very well maintained, breakfast was good AND most importantly they had a Kids Play Club during the holidays season! kids totally LOVED IT!

It was overall a pleasant stay, the hotel facility are clean and well maintained. Some services need to be improved: - during checkin, theres a confusion by the reception about the payment. She said that payment havent been made, I said i recall that i booked through app and been charged. But anyway i gave my credit card. And finally after that she came back and said it has been charged to my card previously. - also with the same reception, she said my booking is not include breakfast. On the next morning, i want to redeem my breakfast voucher, the checker accepted the voucher and get back to me saying that turns out my stay is breakfast inclusive since i book executive lounge access. So she gave back my voucher. - on the next morning, with the information that i received previously, i come to the restaurant, told my room number, now another checker said that my stay not include breakfast (again another confusion), i said yesterday the checker said it is inclusive, she went to check and finally let me in - on the 2nd day of my stay, i call the guest service asking for room make up, i intendedly ask for this while i’m going out so once i came back i’m expecting clean and tidy room. But when i get back, the room still not being made, i requested for the second time, then i’m going out again, still i came back with the same situation. It was around 4.30pm, I called for the 3rd time, this time i’m not interested anymore for any room make up. I’m just asking for extra towel. And the towel still not come until 5.30, then my husband called again, asking for towel again, and finally it was delivered 6pm. And house keeping finally came at 6.30 asking whether i want the room to be cleaned, which i refused. - access from annex parking lot to the hotel is closed at 10pm, which not convenient for us if we need to come back or going out late.

friendly and good service, good room. I do my quarantine for 10 days, the meals variation little bit less (only change twice a week), so I need to repeat the food that I order.

They forgot to give benefits for the platinum members. Quite disappointed while this never happen on my previous stays at this hotel. Even if there is any issues with the service or management nowadays, you have to keep up with your pullman service standard.

Untuk karantina, makanan lumayan enak. Tapi variety nya terlalu sedikit, staff service ok banget dari check in sampai check out. My concern : 1. Bed sheets was lot of spot 2. Duvet as well 3. Gorden bolong2 dan kotor. Anak saya sampe bintik2 mukanya 4. Saya nemu bed bugs di hari terakhir quarantine 5. Room are too dark with only bedside lights, entrance or bathroom. But for budget quarantine it was ok Just make sure clean the curtain, change it with the good one not lot of hole, give clean linen.

Let me start with the positives: - location is good, not connected to mall but plaza indonesia is within 2-3mins walk - price is considerably cheap - food is good(we tried in room dining and sana sini restaurant) - the bed is good. We had a quality sleep Now the negatives: - when we arrived in front of our room, there was a bottle of mineral water and 1 glass from previous guest in front of the door! I couldn’t understand why the housekeeping team didn’t clear that up. What bothered me was, when i addressed this problem, the duty manager said it was common. What the heck!? Are you working in a hospitality service?? - the kettle is VERY dirty! I think the previous guest used it to boil coffee, but the problem is why you didn’t clean it?!? I took pictures but i dont know how to upload it. Well, i’m really concerned about the cleanliness of this hotel. Would i return? Maybe yes if in the future i see reviews about the cleanliness of this hotel has improved.

I spent my weekend together with my family in this hotel. Lobby and room are clean and comfort. My wife and daughter taken a brunch in sana sini restaurant, they enjoy the food and services. But unfortunately the executive lounge was not open yet.

Your food were really good, a lots of choice, bfast and lunch is marvelous. Your meeting room and gym also nice. First when we checked in at 5 pm the room was not ready yet. We already booked using apps two days before, why were it not prepared ? Need to inprove the hospitality, when I need a taxi calling the reception then he transfered to concierge but noone pick up the phone. In other hotel, the reception would take the responsibiltiy to order the taxi, but at that time he just said, please call back later no one there ‍♂️ Also please upgrade window of the rooms. Quite unusual for 5 star hotel using those kind of windows

It was a 3/5 experience staying here. Good points: Nice location, great breakfast service, a decent bed. Things could be improved: Room management I guess? I was there by 2 PM and the room was ready at 3.30 PM, dark and creepy room hall (esp. in 10 FL), no welcome gift (as a gold accor member), slow response on house keeping (was asking for a paper and pen and it took 2 hours to arrive) :)

Good and safe staycation

I used my stay plus benefit for this staycation. I felt welcome by the staffs, they were all friendly and kind. I got welcome drink and it was good, as expected. I also think that this property took safety and health measure seriously, which is very important during the pandemic. I was upgraded to room with city view. The room was clean and comfortable with good amenities. I did not have any chance to use their other service.

Quarantine Hotel in Jakarta

- Rooms were not what you were expected from a 5 stars hotel (old, dark, problem with washbasin), especially as you have to spend 8 days in quarantine - Food inconsistency (even if you order the same dish it may not be served the same such as sauce...) - Wifi was terrible especially for visio conference (as you may need to work during the 8 days quarantine - not holidays) - Clearance process after quarantine quite confusing - However, the service was polite and nice
