Accessible room suitable, bathroom well laid out. One lift out of order meant long delays in being able to use the operational lift. No priority to disabled guests who could not use the stairs.

Very nice rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We thought that the experience around the breakfast could have been better, with better options for food. But over all a very good experience.

The room was very shabby (floor, furnutire, fitying broken or warped), unclean and unfit for purpose ( to use kettle a libg extension cord, trip hazard was required or kettle needed to be placed in the floor), no way to charge phones next to bed, only at other side of the room. Bathroom felt like it moved when inside, like a large portaloo, and steamed up as no fan or even a vent. Inside was rusty and door warped due to this.
