Mercure Rosa Khutor 4 stars

I liked our stay in Mercure Rosa Khutor. Enjoyed using: pool, hamam, restaurant Less successful experiences: room is too small for a family, view was less good as window direction was to the mountain

Good location. Good breakfast and nice and clean rooms

We stayed for a short ski break. Hotel is very cosy, good breakfast, close to the lifts.

Ever since the Sochi olympics every time we come to Rosa Khutor we choose Mercure for our family thanks to great location, attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, convenient ski storage, and kids just love the pool.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable. The bureaucracy is very heavy. If you ask for an extra service it takes to fill forms, pay in advance, pay cash in advance, unable to charge the room in the dining room.

Very nice hotel! Very good breakfast after 30 of December. Nice SPA and free play room with personal for kids. Very helpful stuff! Location was great. A bit dark in rooms, before 30 of December very small breakfast. Small children room.

My mother and I enjoyed our short break a lot. Hotel located in picturesque Roza Khutor, rooms are extremely clean, great choice for breakfast (open buffet with a chef making eggs / omelets), Russian, European and English cuisine (even hash browns!), fantastic spa facilities - hamam and heated pool (free of charge). We had tiny issue with bathroom set up - had to remind 4 times to get toothbrushes but finally got it. Staff trying its best to be helpful and welcoming. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel. Katya & Natalya

Everything was wonderful. Nice place, nice pool.

We were in the hotel for a couple of hours in during day and slept at night . Unfortunately for the child there is little entertainment.

The overall experience is good, especially the room surface, the quality of food and the swimming pool. However, dog's fur from previous guests that was not cleaned until our departure and black mold in the bathroom were disappointing.

It was satisfying, breakfast was O.K. Would be better if the rooms were with balcony. Also, if thwere were .more options for day tours in big groups.

Service was average in general till the cleaner of room billed us with the reason "teapot is damaged". But in fact it was dirty. And if the cleaner would make an effort to wash the kettle then you would not lose customers. The hotel does not deserve much praise. Breakfast and service was so-so. And this is a shame for a place like a ROSE KHUTOR, because in other countries this hotel is very popular. My husband and I were disappointed.

Overall nothing to complain. But in the edges there is room for improvement, considering your house a 4 star place. For example the following. I complained about a lamp that made some disturbing noise when switched on. I believe someone came to fix it, but in fact, the noise didn't disappear. The breakfast cook did not speak English at all as it seems. It was not easy to communicate, apart from pointing at ingredients for an omelette. The hotel overall seems not to have any rule of conduct regarding guests with small kids. In fact they are everywhere and most of them kids and parents lack of education. They behave as if they where alone in the planet and even complain of they are asked to be more quiet in the dining room. A disgusting way of educating kids and hence the hotel should define some guidance and instruct the 'chef de service' to assign the guests with kids accordingly. This, however is not a detail. If you ignore this issue, your guests soon will only be families with kids. It's not a problem with me, I can always stay in another hotel, but nasty kids families, on the long run, will make your own employees go crazy, which will lead to lower service quality etc. Thank you for considering some improvements going forward.
