Location and services were really good. Also the staff in the hotel was very friendly and reacted promptly on all requests. Some facilities inside rooms and common areas needs refreshment, e.g. inroom carpet, sofa, commons shower in swimming pool. we stayed in this hotel few years ago and were completely satisfied , that is why we took the same hotel this year. we booked hotel in advance and checked all additional charges, which will come during the stay - in written form hotel sent me info about prices for breakfast and proposed to pay it on reception. I was unpleasantly surprised when reception asked me to pay higher price then hotel fix in booking confirmation. second, we had a dinner in the hotel's restaurant and waiter put in receipt additional position, which we didn't order -- that was really bad experience in 4 starts hotel. and finally, room was very small for 4 persons stay, I saw next room on the floor with the same standard, which is much bigger -- would be great if hotel checks reservation and give a room which is appropriate guests. last points is quantity of service in the room -- one day there wasn't cleaning in the room, we pay almost 300 euro per night and was really upset to see room in the evening after come back from ski without cleaning...

We were met with gentle kind hotel workers, mostly in reception, and house keeping. Location is a little too long to walk with Ski boots, and there is not any "shuttle service". Hotel's design is nice and appealing. Breakfast is very un comfortable to find a seat, as many seats are not fit because seat is way too low for the table ~ you may find yourself sitting low and your chin almost touching the table. The staff in Breakfast was tierd and not helpful as rest of the staff in the hotel. Facility for Ski storage was useful. The massage service, swimming pool were friendly and clean.

Hotel is located in the heart of Rosa Khutor near to main ropeways to the mountains and on the embankment of river what makes it good both for skiing and walking during evenings. Comfortable and clean rooms, cozy lobby. Special words about restaurant: very good choice for breakfast and very delicious and interesting ,weals for dinner and lunch. Very friendly stuff. As I was with two kids it was a great to have big swimming pool the same roof.

The hotel is in a good location and ther arr Nice rooms and nice staff, but not enough food for people with gluten alergy and the spa is not good, the pool is cold and ther is no jacuzzi plus the sauna is guys and girls separately.

My mother and I enjoyed our short break a lot. Hotel located in picturesque Roza Khutor, rooms are extremely clean, great choice for breakfast (open buffet with a chef making eggs / omelets), Russian, European and English cuisine (even hash browns!), fantastic spa facilities - hamam and heated pool (free of charge). We had tiny issue with bathroom set up - had to remind 4 times to get toothbrushes but finally got it. Staff trying its best to be helpful and welcoming. The overall experience is good, especially the room surface, the quality of food and the swimming pool. However, dog's fur from previous guests that was not cleaned until our departure and black mold in the bathroom were disappointing.

Service was average in general till the cleaner of room billed us with the reason "teapot is damaged". But in fact it was dirty. And if the cleaner would make an effort to wash the kettle then you would not lose customers. The hotel does not deserve much praise. Breakfast and service was so-so. And this is a shame for a place like a ROSE KHUTOR, because in other countries this hotel is very popular. My husband and I were disappointed.
