Perfect location close to Pigalle metro station. Montmarte as an area was also nice. Only minus that hotel is located in a small street with some bars. Some noise coming to inside at night, but not too much (sensitive sleepers might need earplugs though).

The hotel is conveniently located, being only 5 minutes from the Moulin Rouge which is where our concert was being held. The hotel is in an old building and rooms haven't been renovated for a while and do need that - I prefer the more modern Ibis Styles rooms like the one in Paris 16 Boulogne. That being said, the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable and for one night they were fine. Two different room layouts though - 502 had a very small shower within the room and that might not be ideal for a couple, whereas 507 had a separate bathroom with tub. 507 also had a balcony and a beautiful view of Parisian rooftops. Breakfast is in a very small space which also serves as the hotel reception and bar, but the buffet was replenished regularly and was fine. The two male staff were helpful and professional, even finding two rooms on the same floor as I had requested, and had been noted by a different colleague, but were not originally available upon check-in. Very friendly cleaning lady too who really understands customer service and was genuinely interested in us as guests. Whilst it wouldn't be a favourite hotel, I would probably stay again if I had a concert in the area, as the price is cheaper than many of the trendier hotels around (but still 130 euros so not a bargain). Also to note that there were a mixture of guests - families, couples, business people, tourists - so really a hotel for everyone.

We were woke up at 1 am by a loud employee talking on a personal phone call. My husband got out of bed to talk to the girl to lower her voice or go outside as we could hear every word she said. We spoke to the manager and he made sure it did not happen again. All of the other staff was helpful. The manager helped us with restaurant ideas.

Location: nice close to Pigalle and Sacre coeur region, problem, no parking spaces and underground parking is 39 € per night !!! Hotel very small and rooms also very very small . The rooms and bathroom are old and worn out. This hotel needs urgent investments. The breakfast was included but very basic for an Ibis styles. As a gold traveller, i expect more for this money.

Advantages: 1. Very good location; 2. Friendly staff, especially one woman, which works in the mornings. 3. Tasty breakfast. 4. Cheap. Minuses: 1. Unbelievable small room (604) without wardrobe; 2. Not working TV in the room; 3. Electronic room key were needed to reprogram each day. Key were kept separately from other cards and mobile phone, but each evening we need to ask in reception to reprogram it because it was impossible to enter room. 4. Poor sound isolation and very noisy hair dryers. Somebody used hairdryer in the neighboring room each day in the early morning, it was impossible to sleep. It's need to mention that some others rooms have wardrobe and are optimal size for night stay.

The hotel is great, people at the front desk were super nice, and the breakfast is quite decent. The problem with this hotel is the noise during the night. There are lots of bars in the street, and it is hard to sleep under those conditions.

This property has an urgent need for rennovation. The rooms are old, the furniture has begun to peel off in bathroom and in the room in general as well. The carpet in the room is cmopletely dirty and the same happens in the floor's corridor as well. I will never choose again this hotel for my staying in Paris.
