We came as part of a multi centre holiday and stayed in three hotels this being the lowest rating and you could really tell. The hotel itself is ok it’s a budget hotel so you get what you pay for. The staff are lovely and very friendly could not fault them at all. Food and drink very reasonably priced, spa treatments a lot more expensive than you can find in the area but still very good value. However during our 6 night stay we had two huge school groups staying at the hotel who not only took over the bar and reception area, were extremely loud running up and down the corridors and very inconsiderate to other guests. We did complain but the resolution was to pop security outside our door with a really loud radio who didn’t stop the kids knocking on our door so really didn’t help. Absolutely no thought from management that they may want to even pop us a drink over to apologise for the inconvenience of being kept up for multiple nights or anything really other then they are checking out soon it’s fine it’s one more night but I’ll stick security outside your room. Other thing to be aware of was there seemed to be swim classes held at the pool, no issues with this lovely the children are learning to swim but would of liked to have been aware before as the children and their families take over the outdoor space. Wouldn’t stay again no fault of the Staff they are wonderful but I think the hotel needs to decide what it wants to be.

Ok here is as honest review as I can This hotel is a 40 min taxi ride away from nightlife and bars there are restaurants nearby and the few we tried did not disappoint they where very nice, but we did opt for the taxi ride as we wanted to go to the bars.also most places close around 10pm except the sports bar 15min walk that’s 11.30pm The hotels very very dated an in need of a refit the pictures are over 2 rooms as the manager moved our room. Make sure you don’t get front facing room as the road is very busy with motorcycles and horns from 5 am. The rooms are very ground in dirt dirty so no matter how you clean and wipe it ain’t going to shift it. The poolside furniture is also dated and some broken pool itself was great bar was good staff friendly. Breakfast was ok so only went once as place down road was excellent and very reasonable. So I am great full that I always bring a pillow with me on holiday and this kind of hotel is the reason why 😂 So I will let the pictures tell the true story.

The staff are a highlight at this centrally located hotel. The hotel has large rooms that are quite reasonably priced and the lifts to the higher floors run well. The hotel is located directly opposite the Holiday Inn and the Holiday Inn provides an easy foyer walk through to access the nearby beach. The drinks and food at the hotel are good quality and very reasonably priced. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms big. The only minus is the hotel is quite old and the rooms really are overdue for a full renovation. The plumbing is average and overall room finish is certainly dated. For the money we would stay here again.

A good base for traveling around the island, good food, friendly service. Great beach very close to the hotel. We took advantage of a great massage and a very cirkawa cooking class ;) Special thanks to all your team!

Hotel and warung looks alike, comes with Accor Plus Silver benefit get a welcome 2 fresh juice for free and dinner 2 course only cost you 30k / meals 🤑🤑. Room very spacious shower was great, swimming pool is extraordinary. Will come back to stay again for other stay. Extra point room has tiny balcony space to open the door and overlooking pool
