The employees were great, they are polite, friendly and kind. Unfortunately, there were no heater teapot in each room so when we want a cup of hot tea at 11 pm for example, we couldn’t get it. After all, room service is only up to 9 pm. Another thing is i don’t like the breakfast. And the way you served it. Everything else is a okay.

Hi, my visit to ibis style hotel was really quite good that's why I gave it a 8 out of 10. The staff there were very friendly and always eager to help, the room I was staying in was very good and everything was nice but unfortunately I had two problems with one being the water which would stop working in certain times in the day and they never gave us enough toilet roll or towels. Aside from them everything was and absolutely delite and I was glad to have visited such a beautiful country.

1. I arrived past 15:00 but the room was not ready and I waited. Isn't the check-in time at 2:00 p.m. 2. Upon arrival in the room there were no slippers and soap in the sink, I called to ask this and then said that the hotel policy no longer provides soap for the sink they asked to use using soap in the shower, I accepted the reason even though it was not simple because I had to wet my hands first then go to the shower take soap and back sink. However, once I returned to the bathroom, the soap container was empty. Whereas before when checking in the receptionist said the room would be prepared and I had to wait for it. 3. The curtain is installed carelessly so that it cannot be closed properly.

Stayed 2 nights here at their suite, room was spacious, but the bed only queen size, and a little bit noisy from neighborhood ( I don't know, maybe the window glass is not thick enough?). Staff really friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist, she help me to move to other room because my room's security lock was broken and the room was noisy because it faces the main road ( I always request to put my room in quiet section). The breakfast is not good enough for standard Ibis Style,, maybe need improvement,,

Good pool & clean room

We stayed there for 4 nights and enjoyed the swimming pool and the clean + spacious twin-bed room w/ a view to the pool. The only thing we've seen urgent need for improving is the breakfast buffet, both on variety & quality of food. We would have opted for a no-breakfast arrangement had we known how monotonous it was. Having served w/ so similar variety for 4 days in a row, ibis Styles Benoa really pushed us to have a big heart & accepting smile, which are usually those provided by the service provider to their customers - not the other way around! Location was good, as approximately in the middle between the further Benoa area to the north and Nusa Dua to the south. We did a healthy medium-distance walk to Bali Collection where we then returned with a free shuttle bus to ibis. Several good restaurants around for lunch & dinner - as ibis restaurant only opens for the breakfast buffet.

Booked a 3 star hotel and was very pleasantly surprised at the level of service and hospitality. In some aspects the level of service was greater than that than your big sister hotel the Sofitel over at Nusa Dua. |Thats a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was good, staff always smiling and willing to help. Would, will stay again in the future because I like the quieter location and in if I want to go anywhere the taxi service is excellent.

Overall experience was good but according to me housekeeping needs improvement.Everyday I have to go to reception to ask them to deliver two bottles of water in my room
