Hotel service was excellent. Except for breakfast which i find that the menu was the same every single day. For breakfast it is very important to hotel guests..make more varieties food for breakfast.

Too many China tourist which is too loud, doesn’t have respect for other guest, the room service very slow and not cleaning the room apparently, the bathroom stinks. We stayed there and booked 4 rooms (3 standard and 1 family room), every time we left the room for cleaning the room service always forgot to give us the water bootle. the first day we check in, we need to wait almost 30 minutes from checking time so the room get ready. Desperately need to improvement in all service.

Short two night stay after arriving after midnight on the first night. Good value for money however our room was not ready for us when we arrived as the bunk beds were not made. Breakfast is very basic but good for what you pay. Hotel is showing signs of aging but the pool is very good. The welcome drink that you receive as an Accor Gold member was a joke as it was small local sweet sugary drink that I could not finish.

The xmas ecorations in the front lobby was so ugly and it was the first thing that greeted guests. If you cant do it properly than dont do it at all. Staff service was always very slow

delay check in, since we have a tight time schedule related to the event to be attended at 16.00. we arrive from airport to hotel at 13.30, waiting for check in until 15.20, there are no option for us to get a rest after long journey instead of waiting at hotel lobby without any clue, when we will checked in and take a rest for few hours on the bed. we asking for intermediate room, while waiting for check in, but there are no respond from recepsionist. finally checked in at our room, but its too late to get a rest on bed, because we need to attend the event at 16.00. bad drain of bath tub, almost clogged.

As expected of Ibis Hotels. Clean, cosy, good location, great facilities and service. We arrived before check-in time and informed that the room was not ready. But 30 mins after check-in time, we checked with the reception, the room was still not ready and got the impression that we were overlooked. However, the manager quickly took over and set us up with another room and we could check-in right after. The room was spacious and comfy. There was a slight salt deposit (?) on the floor below the nightstand. The hotel informed that they were managing the saltwater issue, and it didn't really bother us. I had Benoa Signature massage at the spa that I would highly recommend to give it a try. It was value for money, the price was very affordable, but with an excellent service. Super happy with this. The beach club was shared with other hotels right across the street and wasn't so big. However, it was quite nice. The pool was great. They might want to improve the breakfast. Egg station was good. The variety was okay, but taste and refill could be better. The salad is served in a refrigerator. While it keeps the salad fresh and clean, taking the vegs and fruit with one arm keeping the fridge open and bending over to get the cheese with other people lining up behind you was not the most comfortable thing to do. Also, the ice tea should at least be cold and have enough ice in it.

I would say that the service was good and clean room. However, the breakfast variants need to be improved. I Stayed for 3 nights and found no varieties of the breakfast.
