Staff doesn't seems to know " What Customers and Customer service means....I felt like they were doing myself a favour during my course of stay.... Staff (three of them)at the reception on 29/10/19 in the evening (around 2200 pm)wasn't helpful at all.....They seems to be busy talking to each other by keeping a guest waiting while they were talking in their own language....very lazy fellows and poor attitude towards myself,often used mobile phones....needs training and supervision...(Pls check cctv for proof) A manager had to be present....Staff are not doing what they should have been doing... I was checking out early on the 30th morning and was told that I will be provided with a breakfast box at 0500 am by the reception lady....I came to the room and rang room service ...only to be told that it was too late to place an order. However I got a call back in 10 mts and was told that the breakfast box will be delivered at 0600 am but I waited till 0615 the next day morning....rang the reception and I was told that I had to collect it from the reception... Do you have room service or not? How hard was it to deliver those breakfast boxes to a guest who had two young childrens in the room. The young food and beverage guy who looked after at the poolside bar on the 29th night was excellent and exceptional. This is my genuine feedback...."You will need to sort out....Laziness,not willing to help guests and satisfy guest needs,being professional....developing " I do care attitude".....talking to each other in a different language Infront of guests when questions are asked in English....etc Thank you very much for sending the survey through..I am an EAM who have been with Accor since 2007 having worked in different properties including Sofitel Melbourne and Qantas First Class Lounge Melbourne.

The room is just normal not that small compared to some other Ibis. However the room and facility in the room is quite old. No amenity compare to other unbranded hotel inn Bali, there are more amenity and facility. The hangers have big rust. Not enough light in the room. Breakfast also just normal, we went late but not the closure time yet. They started clearing the buffet already. We could eat only some food that had leftover.

You were conveniently located down the road from the wedding I attended. You accommodated for a midnight check in. You were friendly and helpful. And my bed was comfy... exactly what I needed! The bathroom was a bit old and not appealing to shower in but for the price I paid, I wouldn’t complain! Thanks so much !

We stayed at Ibis styles, Bali Benoa for 3 nights. Our booking was done from MakeMyTrip.com and payment was done in advance via the same website. However upon arrival at the hotel, we were told that payment has not been received by the hotel. So we inquired from the MakeMyTrip call center, and it took almost 3 hrs for the payment to be processed. The team of MakeMyTrip blamed the booking system of Ibis for the default, while the team at Ibis blamed MakeMyTrip for the delay in payment. Other than that, the hotel was good and the stay was pleasurable. The breakfast was good. We were provided with 600 ml of water daily, which was less, but water bottles were available at nearby stores, so did not have much problem. The room was spacious with all basic necessities. The toilet and bathroom was good. There was a balcony too from which we had a good view of sea at a distance. Overall, it was good, except for the delay in check-in. I request you to kindly check your bankers for the problems in receiving payment on time. regards
