Good location, friendly staff, free tea/coffee in the lobby, we had a room with balcony (which was spacious & the patio doors gave Air and light to the room), a quiet room, small bathroom (& personally I dislike shower curtains), really useful separate kitchen area with microwave, hob, kettle, coffee maker & crockery/cutlery, table & chairs in the bedroom. Perfect for our one night stay & with our car.

The reception staff was very professional and helpful ,the room was clean,the only problem was the curtains windows was not heavy enough since there was no shutter you could feel the wind but it was a good one night stay.Thanks to the reception staff and housekeepers too.

Nice, central accommodation

Comfortable stay. Did not use self-catering facilities. Arrived on the evening of a national holiday. No staff on site, and had to phone for access codes. While we managed the process with relative ease, other guests who arrived at the same time had more trouble.

Good location for the station

The room was basic but perfectly adequate for our needs. Access after the reception was closed was straight forward. We thought the proximity of the station might be a problem but there was little noise apart from some early morning shunting.

Most staff encountered were rude, made it obvious they dislike English people. One staff member was cross because I asked for a toilet roll! We were only given one small one for 4 days and the reception was closed from 6 pm. As we were leaving early for a day trip it was the only time I could ask. No room cleaning or change of fresh sheets or towels. Worst hotel I have stayed in to date.

Dear Madam, We are very surprised by your remarks. We have received a clientele of all nationalities since the opening of our establishment without any problem. All guests are welcome. You have chosen a hotel apartment for your stay while taking note of its specificities - (no daily cleaning because only the end of stay cleaning is included in your rate) Regarding toilet paper, 2 rolls are provided on arrival ( 1 in the bathroom closet ) It is possible to request them during the opening hours of the reception: the weekend from 7:30 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 6 pm and the week from 7 am to 9 pm. Off, your request took place at 6:15 in the morning while our reception opens only at 7:00 am. The person who was not yet in office was surprised by your request but gave you what you were asking for. It is therefore a shame to read this comment. Cordially Maryline

Ok but outdated hotel

Stayed at a Adagio in Caen which was a much more cozy hotel and nicer rooms. The Tours hotel had a cold lobby and outdated furniture. There was noise from outside of the building at nighttime. The receptionist said that the room I had booked was only for two people. But did not see that we had two rooms booked for us four.

The room was clean and comfortable and well stock kitchen great location. We don't speak very much french. The staff were all very professional and friendly and went out of there to try and help us with all our needs. Would highly recommend staying here. Good quality for an overnite stop

We arrived on a Saturday after the reception had closed, but the instructions emailed were first class and included our access to the underground carpark which had a lift straight to our floor, checking out was easy and the member of staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. We would stay again if passing this way

Quiet and convenient

About a 5 minute walk from the train station away from the city centre. Convenient but a shame so many local businesses (bars, restaurants) seemed be shut, so this called for a lot of walking back past the station to eat, etc.

since your reception service is not 24 hr. and the key is not key card, so should inform customer be keep the key with himself in English both in the room and reception confirm the guest, I almost can not go into my room since I come back 22.00 pm. such as " reception service is not 24 hr. please keep the key by yourself" print in a paper and put in the table in each room and also in the counter of check in

The hotel, the location, the services, the staff all is great. I wish they had front desk open all hours but travelers just be careful of that. Otherwise it’s awesome! I would stay here again!

We have already stayed in an Adagio and more or less we thought we knew what to espect, but a part the narrow bed and the smallness of the room, what we think is not acceptable was the dirt carpet in the room, the dirt bathroom.On both sides of the loker under the sink was really very dirty. In the terrace there were pieces of brown glass, sigarettes butts and what could be kernels of some fruits.
