Checkin was chaotic as we weren't given the room we booked and had to pay additional tourist tax of 32£ which was not specified during booking process. Finally after some clarification, they provided us the room that we booked. The night receptionist was not at all polite and argued with us about filling drinking water from hotel after 9 pm. We did not like his attitude and he was harshly telling us not to fill water from the first floor of the reception as it was only for guest with the breakfast option. However, in the lift it was clearly specified about the availing of fresh drinking water on first floor without any of the restrictions that night receptionist mentioned us. Frankly, he was being arrogant and rude to all the guests.

Hotel was well located and access to public transports. The receptionists are costumers friendly. We really liked the room we stayed, quiet and clean. Thanks for your services with affordable price. I'm sure gonna comeback anytime i visit Paris.

Easy booking, clean room and perfect studio for cooking and having a great time in Paris. I travelled with a child and we loved borrowing books, games... Staff was super friendly!!

Good place to stay when going to la vilette for ocncert

Great place to stay close to the car park Indigo which can be booked online (28 Eur/day). All within walking distance we stay at 4 people in this hotel and it was perfect.
