We were recommended to stay here by a local wedding venue, safe to say we were very disappointed with the quality of the hotel. It is not mobility friendly, stairs to even get to the lift and only one lift so if you are out on the other side of the hotel you can only use stairs. Very disorganised, rooms not cleaned, one of our group was put in a room with people already in it. The rooms themselves were extremely hot, just desk fans provided, bathroom quite outdated. Bed was comfortable enough but we paid for a family room however was given a double room as we had our own cot so very limited space. Food in the restaurant was fresh but took a very long time to come. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful, £12 per person - was 100% the highlight! Overall we will not be returning or recommending this hotel to friends and family, major updates needed for the price you pay

For mid range pricing… the hotel is beyond dated!! No air con, wasps nest in the celling in hall, two dead wasps on bathroom floor in arrival. Wouldn’t ever recommend this hotel without being transparent!!
