Overall experience not bad but feels like you need more staff and improve your kitchen which is low standard right now. Asking for that much money for type of food which was served is sad as it is not hard to cook quality food for that price. Perhaps chef needs to watch more cooking shows to get some inspiration. Also no entertainment for kids which again is big minus for you as this little creatures are everywhere nowadays.

We certainly hear your comments regarding the need for more staff and the standard of our kitchen. Please know that we are actively working on both of these areas. We are in the process of recruiting additional team members to improve our service levels across the hotel. Regarding the food, we take your feedback seriously. We are reviewing our menu and kitchen processes to ensure we are delivering quality meals that reflect the prices charged. Your suggestion about the chef finding inspiration from cooking shows is noted, and we will definitely explore ways to enhance our culinary offerings. Finally, we understand the importance of keeping our younger guests entertained. We are currently looking into options for providing children's entertainment in the future. Me and my parents both visited the Tudor Marriott Hotel over the bank holiday weekend. The staff were lovely and helpful. Comfy rooms, lovely grounds to stroll and a peaceful stay. We were served by Caitlin at the bar, she was friendly and polite :)

We had a lovely family cream tea. Looked after by Amanda, staff very helpful, excellent food preparation by Tom. This was a family occasion and we were extremely pleased with the whole experience .We would definitely book again and would highly recommend to anyone else. Top marks.

Very friendly atmosphere and comfortable room. Ideally situated for travelling to and from France. We were late to arrive for dinner but telephoned and ordered a meal which was ready when we arrived. The staff was very friendly, especially Steve at the Reception was very helpful
