Room unbearably hot

It was a hot day when I stayed but the room was absolutely unbearable. No air con and no fans in the room. It was impossible to get ready to go out in the room,sweating buckets. Even when I came back later the room was too hot to sleep in. I had a very uncomfortable night. I wouldn't stay here again for this reason. If you are not going to have air con in a hotel you need to provide fans in your rooms. Breakfast was lovely and bed was big and comfortable if the room had been cooler it would have been a nice stay.

Nice hotel, tired, really needs a refurb. Fantastic breakfast, have just stayed 7 weeks at the sofitel in Singapore… Your breakfast was 100% nicer…

No AC, extremely hot rooms and no lift

The room we had was located on the 2nd floor and there are no lifts. As you walk higher up the stairs the temperature gets hotter. I was looking forward to entering a cool room, but there is no AC or even a fan in the room. There is no bathroom extractor either so the heat from the bathroom enters the room. The windows that we could open (2 of them) can only open about 10cm. We had a very uncomfortable sleep.
