Great location. Easy to park. Excellent breakfast buffet. Shower control seemed loose and water only came out hot to extremely hot. Bathroom lighting poor. This was room 204.

The location of the hotel is very good and convenient for moving around the city. However, the sound insulation in the rooms was unfortunately quite poor. Noise from the corridors and outside could be heard clearly, and it woke us up several times during the night. This had a noticeable impact on the quality of our stay. dditionally, while the staff carried out their duties, the overall service felt somewhat distant. We did not experience particularly friendly or welcoming interactions during our visit.

The location is super convenient, close to both bus and train stations. In addition, it’s surrounded by shops, supermarket, cafe and restaurants. The cleanness of the room is good and the snack bar is generous. The room is spacious and there is heating towel rack in the bathroom. The bed is extremely comfortable and the double bed is big. My room is facing the street side which is a bit noisy until midnight mainly from the bars and very early morning when workers collect rubbish on street.

I am a wheelchair user so I was particularly impressed with the wet room . Powerful shower lots of rails to hold onto around toilet area.

The hotel appears dated, should give more warning of noise if you have room facing the street, didn’t get much sleep on Saturday night due to very loud music and shouting coming from the street below. Disappointed with room for the price we paid, however shower in room was excellent. Disappointed with paying £30 for parking for two nights, should be free if you are a guest.
