We stayed here for one night and we were very impressed with the hotel. We had a lovely room which was very comfortable and was quite modern. The bathroom was very nice, we loved the large mural wall in the shower and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is very nicely decorated and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast selection was fantastic, the best we have seen in a long time. Having stayed in several hotels in inverness, this will definitely be our go to when we return to Inverness!

Just back from a couple of days at Mercure Inverness. Had a gorgeous room which was spotless. The star of reception was Jo, Assistant Rexeption Manager who went above and beyond getting us settled in. My partner is disabled and we arrived a bit early. Without even asking Jo checked us in early. This is a great help as my partner was tired and needed a lie down. These small acts of kindness mean a lot.....so thank you Jo.
