Really nice hotel with amazing view. lovely breakfast spread. Friendly staff. enjoyed my dinner too in bar. my interaction with staff was amazing too. they do have lovely n friendly staff. while love to come back soon.

We were allocated a disabled access room, with a shower that was very poor water pressure also a very bad smell. There were red alarm cables hanging in the bedroom and bathroom which is perfectly fine and normal. Problem is we never requested this, and maybe it would be better to give this room to someone that requires it. Maybe they missed out this weekend because it was wasted on us using it.

Breakfast was great. Food from the bar for dinner was really bad. The noise from other rooms at night was that bad I had to contact reception to sort noisy neighbours. No sound proofing in walls . Could hear all our neighbours peeing in their en suites. Staff very friendly.

- No hot water for duration of stay. - Receptionist was ten minutes late which was fine had it not been that the stand-in let everyone know this and that it wasn't his job to staff the desk. Extremely rude. - Key lock didn't work twice. - Upon departure someone had been smoking marijana in the corridor which covered the whole of the second floor.
