Great staff, manageable room

The staff here was incredible- warm, helpful, friendly. The room was fine, but seemed pretty run down. Everything just seemed like it needed updating. However,it was clean and comfortable, and a very convenient location, with fair pricing.

As stated in previous reviews, the decor of the room was dated - too much brown and beige(!) - and the room was quite small. (We had a twin room downstairs.) Having said that, it was clean and comfortable. There was a small garden at the back, so we were able to let our dog out first thing. There are lovely parks in Perth, where we took her for longer walks. There was a good and generous selection available for breakfast, but the hot food was lukewarm. The hotel was within walking distance of Perth centre, and disabled parking was available. The staff were absolutely lovely; very welcoming and helpful. This more than made up for the above minor quibbles, so, would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.
