Good points - Hotel is in a good central location. Small car park at hotel front door and they have a 2nd car park further along the street, staff were nice. Room 103 was very poor state / dated, carpet was thread bare, walls dirty, chair fabric was worn, bath base was dirty (couldn’t tell if this was worn or needed a scrub?!) tiles in the bathroom had been painted white, this looked awful, the beading round the bath was chipped and stained black and shower pressure was bad too.

Was staying two nights for work. Thanks to Chloe, Megan and Wayne and the rest of the team. Food was excellent and the service was great including the sticky toffee pudding. The rooms can do with renovation but doesn’t spoil the stay would highly recommend.

Nice room, good breakfast and really helpful staff. Only negative was two fire alarms In the four nights I was there. That needs sortig.

Nice hotel. Was given a super large room with separate lounge area, big bed and a coffee machine. Has a lot of interesting history including the water wheel and mill race which you can look into from the bar! Situated very centrally for eating in Perth.
